Payment

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards as well as personal cheque/money order. Cards are processed online using PayPal secure payment. No PayPal account is required to process the payment. Prices are shown in Great British Pounds Sterling. Cards are processed immediately. When paying by cheque goods will not be dispatched until the funds are cleared. Please do notsend credit card details by e-mail.  Delivery information

We will only ship to the address where the user's card is registered. 

All shipping fees are based on the total weight of and your destination. Your total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. 

Order processing times

Normally orders are shipped within 2 working days.

Customers will receive a confirmation e-mail after the order is placed and a second e-mail when the order is shipped (PayPal shipping confirmation).

We use Royal Mail services to deliver your goods. It will take approx. 2 - 3 working days for UK orders, 3 - 5 working days for destinations in Europe and up to 7 working days for other destinations.

Guarantees

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee our items to be free from defects. Should the product be defective we will replace it within 7 days of receiving the item. If replacement is unavailable we will refund purchase price (excluding shipping fee). Postage fee for returned items is paid by the customer.

Return policy

All other unused and in factory condition items may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the item. Additional shipping fee will be calculated in case of exchange. When returning an item for a refund the shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount paid for the item. Please get in touch with us prior to sending any items at info@earthywear.co.uk

I case of returning an item (all cases) EarthyWear will not refund a postage fees paid by the customer.

Errors and omissions

We make efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information published on our web site. If an error is made, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products affected by the error.

Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. If payment has already been received and we exercise this right, a refund will be made for any monies taken.
